Because this group is broad, judging a listing on freshness, turnover and how consistent recent reviews are tends to work better than judging by decor or price range alone. Most kitchens in Pensacola will adjust a dish for common dietary needs like gluten-free or vegetarian if you ask when ordering. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Catering and food delivery businesses in Florida usually require advance notice, from a day for a small order up to a week or more for a large event, so it is worth contacting them early.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11 amβ8 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (850) 542-7500. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, don-cha.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 689 reviews, which is a strong result for a restaurant in Pensacola and suggests consistent service.

This place was beyond delicious. The place has a very nice and welcoming atmosphere. Our waitress was very nice. We got ceviche mixto with fried calamari and lomo Saltado and we loved the food so much we're wanting to go again

Whenever traveling I love to see if there is a Peruvian Restaurant in the area. Luckily I found one less than an hour away from where we were staying in Orange Beach. We took advantage of the nasty weather and ventured to Pensacola to pick up some food to bring back to everyone else, but also grabbed a bite to eat for ourselves. We arrived around lunch and walked in and there was only one other person. The hostess was very nice and mentioned that when the weather is bad they are slow for lunch. The place is big and can accommodate lots of people. The service was fantastic. Of course, we were the only people. Our server, a native LimeΓ±o from Peru, was very helpful and knowledgeable. My father ordered the Pisco Sour which is a Peruvian Specialty. I got the Inca Kola the Peruvian non-alcohol specialty. We each got a second serving and took some Inca Kola for the road. While we got lots of other items the Lomo Saltado stood out the most. We sat down to look over the menu and the 1st thing I always go to is the Lomo Saltado. I have rarely found a bad Lomo Saltado so I would recommend this. If you want a little more food get the Lomo Saltado a lo pobre which includes a fried egg and p

Samantha did a wonderful job serving us! It was our first time having Peruvian food. She helped guide us through the menu and made great suggestions. The food was flavorful, the meat was tender, and the portion sizes were large. 10/10!

Food is delicious!!! Highly recommend this place. Everything is homemade and the quality is top notch. I ordered the fettuccine a la huancaina with lomo salteado with frozen maracuya juice, my husband got a smoked sirloin with salad and yuca frita. Yummy!!

We visited Peru in August of 2025 and loved the cuisine. So happy to have found this Peruvian restaurant on our 1 week vacation to Pensacola from Virginia. I forgot to take pics from our first visit, but on our second visit and after finding out they're pet friendly we went a second time with our pup Luna. Their outdoor patio is very welcoming. It has a water feature with goldfish pond. Our host and waitress were very sweet, helpful and friendly. We ordered the tiradito al ajΓ amarillo. It was one of the best we've ever had. They give you the option on how spicy you want it. We can literally order this dish everyday. We also order the chaufa de pollo, kids size, for our daughter and chaufa de la casa. Both were delicious and the rice was cooked to perfection. We had chicha morada and a maracuya sour, we enjoyed both very much. We felt like we were back in Peru having dinner again. We wish we lived here so we can come and enjoy mores of their delicious dishes.
